Fire Defense Systems is enhancing wildfire resilience for a mesa-top property through a phased approach. This includes clearing dead trees and brush, managing young aspen and ponderosa stands, and developing a trail to serve as a firebreak. Future plans involve pond construction and expanding fire mitigation efforts as the property grows. The project aims to reduce fire intensity, improve safety, and support long-term land management.
Our pilot workforce housing project enhances community resilience in the Wildland Urban Interface through innovative construction, strategic fire mitigation, and sustainable design. By integrating local culture and green spaces, we aim to reduce wildfire risks and ensure community safety.
